Q: Will all the items that I have purchased arrive on the same day?  

A: Yes, all your items will be delivered on the same day in the same package.

Can I replace an item?

For Couriered Products: For broken, damaged or wrong products, you can ask for a replacement, which will take 3 - 5 days to be re-delivered at the recipient's address.

 For "Hand Delivered Products (flowers & cakes): There are no replacements allowed as the products are perishable.

Can I hide the sender name to surprising the recipient?

Yes you can, you just have to contact us.

How will I know when my order has delivered?

You will receive a text message and confirmation email after your gifts have been delivered. 

Are prices displayed on the Klue website inclusive of VAT?

All prices of products on the website will include a VAT of 15%.

When the purchase is completed, the total price will be VAT inclusive.

What details do I need to provide while ordering a gift?

The recipient's address and phone number are mandatory information for placing the order. This is required so that the delivery can do last mile coordination with the recipient and deliver your gift without mistakes.

If the recipient refuses to take the gift?

We will contact the sender and tell him/her that we have your gift but the recipient refuses to take the gift we can deliver it to you.
